OHS Treatment

Weight loss

     -      Losing weight in a natural way is the best treatment for people with Obesity hypoventilation syndrome. Daily exercise and proper diet should be taken seriously to achieve weight loss, it’s hard to do an exercise when you already have OHS because of the breathing difficulty, the said condition will make the person get tired easily. On this case, health expert advice is to do an exercise little by little and from time to time until your body can cope with it and you can extend your time and exercise routine.  This natural way of losing weight is only applicable to those patients just started to have a Pickwickian syndrome. Losing weight is very difficult and it takes a long time but it’s the only best way to treat OSH.
