Obese person with breathing problem should not force their self to the limit doing some walking exercise, it’s not really good, they should take it little by little (walk for 5-10minutes every hour, 4x a day is a good starting point).

Obese people with joint or knee problems, swimming are the best start-up exercise for their losing weight. Swimming is good if you have your own personal pool because you can do the said exercise anytime you want and in a much longer period of time. For those people that don’t have a pool and yet have a joint or knee problem, it would be best if you enrol yourself and become a member on any recreation center so that you can save money, paying on a daily bases will cost you more than being a member, it will save you around 40-60% when you’re a member.

Do this two basic exercise for a month or more until you have enough stamina, energy and your body is more flexible before going to the next level, in this way you can assure that you won’t get injured when you do a more complex exercise on your next exercise routine.
